So I posted this a while back and I thought I would update.
Man! Why didn't I do this sooner? I started off by offering candy if they stayed in their room, relatively quietly, and without door banging until 8:00. And they did! It was rocky at first but let me tell you, totally worth it! Eventually they would stay in there without the bribe. ::bliss::
The next issue I had was Josh waking up at 7:00 and immediately yelling and waking up June. June would certainly sleep longer if allowed... sooo... Josh has been offered the incentive of candy to be quiet until June wakes up and he has risen to the challenge. Wooooooo!
This is one I'll need to keep consistent with but I'd count it as a parenting success! ::happy dance::
