Hershey Road Trip

April 26th was predicted to be sunny and 82* so I jumped at the chance of taking that Tuesday and getting OUT! My mom (awesomely) comes over every Tuesday... what a life saver... and we have been cooped in for so so long that we were both totally up for a road trip with the kidlets.

First stop, Chocolate World.  This place rocks because it's FREE and the kids love it.  We go on the Chocolate World ride where they "show" you how to make chocolate.  It take a few minutes and you sit in roller coaster type cars.  You get handed free candy at the end... it's awesome.  The gift shop rocks too.  The kids love the hustle and bustle of it and there's a little fountain that they throw coins into.  2 rounds on the ride and a few coins later, we were ready to head out. :)

Next we grabbed lunch (I had a packed one for the kids and my mom and I grabbed subs from a Hershey pizza place) and went to Cocoa Castle.  It's a pretty typical playground but it was perfect.  We all ate... played and just enjoyed the afternoon.

We headed home and all 3 slept... it was a low key awesome trip... well worth the venture.  Hershey, PA... you ROCK!
