It's amazing how FAST time goes. Seriously, wow. It's such a cliche too so I almost hate to say it but it's very true. Time flies!
This week my little middle man turned three. We celebrated in a few ways. On Wed we had a friends party complete with dairy free, gluten free, green frosted ice cream cone cupcakes. They don't look super fantastic but they went over well enough and were pretty tasty. :)

I think he approved of his birthday treat (and how could you not get completely sucked in by that little smile?!)
Josh's actual birthday was comprised of a playdate with Bela and AJ, McDs for dinner, and Cold Stone for dessert. It was a low key but nice day. Nana and Grandpap did dinner with us Friday and we are hosting a family party here on Sunday (no wonder I'm tired this week!).
Welcome to the world of threes Josh. It should be a fun year... at least for him. In my experience, the threes are worse behavior-wise than the twos, but we'll see. :X All part of the process...

Cold Stone has dairy-free stuff?
Their sorbet is dairy free (it's basically sugar, ice and fruit puree)... some of their smoothies are too but I forget which ones. :) I think it's all on their website. :)
(but sherbert, NOT dairy free. some ppl don't know the difference.) :)
