Meal Plan: 3/30-4/5

Second week in a row.  I deserve a medal!! Without further ado... I present, this week's menu:

Sunday:  Out food, because it's the only day we can right now (Lent).

Monday: Slow Cooker Chicken Stew with a salad

Tuesday: Roasted Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin, mashed potatoes and a vegetable

Wednesday: Pre-made chicken with stuffing and a vegetable (easy day)

Thursday: Korean Beef and rice

Friday: Eggs and pancakes

Saturday: Bolganese Sauce with spaghetti

Bonus: Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup
