Declan James

Two and a half years ago I wrote about the awesomeness of becoming an aunt when Zachary Pierce entered the world.  Zack continues to be an amazing little person.  I love watching him grow and change and hanging out with him.  He's my buddy and so darn cute too!  He also happens to call me "Aunt Soovie!" which, how fun is that?!

 Just a short few weeks ago he became a big brother!  Declan James was born on May 29th and I became an aunt AGAIN!  Jimmy and Jess do goooood work, no?  The gushing I did in Zack's blog post carries over to here.  It's such a great feeling being an aunt.  These little boys have such a big place in my heart.

 Today the kids got to officially meet him and hold him.  He was quite the hot commodity.  Poor baby is probably thrilled to be back at his quiet house without Conrads surrounding him.  He's seems like a very serine baby and Zack is transitioning well into the role of big brother.  I can't wait to see this little boy grow and get some baby time in with him over the summer.

SO darn CUTE

Seeing cousins together makes my heart happy.  Life is good... it isn't easy, but man, it's good.
