19 weeks -baby2012-

I survived morning sickness.  ::dons badge of honor::

I'm still tired and the headaches are here but the nausea is gone and both of the other symptoms are more mild than before.  I can live with that.  I do still think this pregnancy may be trying to do me in... it hasn't been fun, but honestly it's probably more of my state in life than the pregnancy itself.  I'm home all day with a 5, 3, and 2 year old.  Things are nuts here, most of the time.  It's rare that it's quiet and that things are calm.  Tensions run high and it's not a cake walk, but it's my plot in life so... it's is what it is. :P

I need to fast forward to where I have big kids to help me out.  By then it will probably be even *more* loud and crazy and complicated so I'll just live in the "now" for the time being.  (as I'm typing this Eliz is crying because Josh won't share a book and the boys are having mandatory "book time" because they were fighting and going crazy... I just got Mea to sleep and they were risking a wake-up for her. Crazy, I tell you)

Aside from how the pregnancy makes *me* feel, the pregnancy itself going very well.   I've had 3 doctor appointments so far (8, 12, and 17 weeks) and baby looks and sounds good.  I'm measuring perfectly and things seem to be moving along seamlessly.

We go in next week to find out the gender... it's exciting to find out this time.  I do wonder if it will ruin the surprise factor at the hospital, but I want to see what it's like to know the gender before baby comes. :)  We didn't find out with the other 3, so it's time for a change. :)  Then we can discuss names and continue on with the 2nd 1/2 of the pregnancy preparing for baby.
