Our bathroom was circa 1973 and try as I might to accessorize, it still looked outdated. I wasn't sure this was a project we would ever tackle, but I'm so excited we did! We decided to keep the original tub because 1. we were doing this on a budget and 2. it was working completely fine and well, a blue tub didn't bother me as much as the $500 it would have cost to replace it.
So we painted it, got a new vanity, new flooring, new light fixture and new shower head. A week or two later we had it done! Jim painted and installed the light and shower. My dad tackled the floor and vanity. I was the creative mind behind the project. ;)
