Park Days...

It seems like Winter left a loom over me and, frankly, left me bitter. We were cooped in, trying to servive the start of terrible 2s, and constantly dodging germs... unsuccessfully at times. It wasn't fun & I was grumpy... a lot. Although we aren't out of the woods, it is getting nicer and the benefits of warm weather are sinking into my psyche. It feels like Spring is finally here and some positive energy has moved in. WOO HOO!

With these nicer days come trips to the park. We have a nice neighborhood next to ours that houses a small park. It's perfect. It's a 15 minute from our neighborhood into theirs (read: postpartum exercise) and is extremely quiet (read: safe). We've started strolling to the park for some sun. June love love loves the park.



Josh usually sleeps or plays with toys if I go to the park alone, but he did try out the swing for the first time last weekend when a family trip was made to the park.



It's amazing to watch Josh morph into a "real" person. He loved swinging and giggled continually.

June & Jim enjoy swinging too...



It'll be nice to get out more and more in the next few months. Bring on Spring!
